Will Solomon: 8th & 6th Grade

My name is Will Solomon. I have served as the Commissioner of our Jr. Titans girls’ basketball program since 2016. I have coached at every level of the program since joining the organization in 2013. Alongside the other coaches, I am passionate about teaching fundamentals while developing the basketball IQ of our players. I am a graduate of Papillion La Vista High School and was a member of the 1993 State Championship team. I began my collegiate basketball career at Midland University and graduated from Buena Vista University in Iowa. My wife Kellie and I have four daughters Savanna, Charlee, Tess, and Kolbie.

Kelly Boyle - 7th Grade

Kelly has coached basketball for last 20 years at various levels.  He spent 12 years as a boy's assistant coach at 3 different high schools in Iowa and spent 3 years as a head coach at Sioux City West High School.  The last four years he has coached his daughters youth teams. As a player Kelly was fortunate to be on a State Championship team at Hayden High School in Topeka, Kansas.  He then went on to play college basketball at Cowley County Community College and then finished his career at Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, Iowa.  Kelly loves watching girls have fun, compete and develop as players. He has a wonderful wife, Katie and two daughters Lauryn and Lainey.

Seth Nelson 4th & 6th Grade

Seth is an alumni of UNO where he played basketball for four years.  He is in the Top 10 all-time for scoring, 3 point field goals, steals; and Top 20 all-time for assists and field goals. "I was attracted to Jr. Titans for the family atmosphere and the building blocks that are in place to help a girl develop her basketball skills. As my daughter continues to grow and find her way in athletics, I love the fact that she can develop her basketball fundamentals within the Jr. Titan framework of  games and practices while allowing her to enjoy competing in other sports as well. I am very excited to join the team and contribute in any way possible."
